Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the product you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details, photos of the product if it is damaged, and the reason for your return request. Our team will review your request and provide instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment, which in our case is cash on delivery. Since we do not collect electronic payments, refunds will be issued either by replacement of the product or by an alternative arrangement agreed upon with you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate wear, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Customized or personalized products are also not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges
